According to the Motion Picture Association of America, the following movies will be debuting in theaters the week of August 4, 2009:

Cold Souls is rated PG-13 because of nudity and brief strong language.

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra is rated PG-13 because of strong sequences of action violence and mayhem throughout.

Julie & Julia is rated PG-13 because of brief strong language and some sensuality.

Paper Heart is rated PG-13 because of strong language.

A Perfect Getaway is rated R because of graphic violence, language including sexual references and some drug use.

Adam rated PG-13 due to Thematic material, sexual content and language.

Aliens in the Attic rated PG due to Action violence, some suggestive humor and language.

Funny People rated R due to Language and crude sexual humor throughout, and some sexuality.

Lorna’s Silence rated R due to Brief sexuality/nudity, and language.

Not Quite Hollywood rated R due to Graphic nudity, sexuality, violence and gore, some language and drug use. NOTE: This is the RED BAND trailer and is not meant for those of a sensitive disposition.

The Collector rated R due to Pervasive sadistic bloody violence, language and some sexuality/nudity.

The Cove rated PG-13 due to Disturbing content.

Thirst rated R due to Graphic bloody violence, disturbing images, strong sexual content, nudity and language.
