In this episode the boys review M. Night Shyamalan’s The Happening (or as Keith prefers to call it, The Happy Haps). Then in a two-part comedy challenge review segment, Christian takes on Charlie Chaplin’s Limelight, and Keith tackles The Marx Brothers in Animal Crackers. Plus, voice mail!

An ‘American Pimp’ sequel

According to Hollywood Reporter, The Hughes Brothers are making a sequel to ‘American Pimp’ called ‘Gentlemen of Leisure’.

I can’t wait.

Cine-Rama Podcast Episode 9: A Month Late and a Mile Behind

George Carlin dead at 71

I woke up this morning, fired up Firefox and on my homepage is the headline "Edgy Comic George Carlin dies in LA, aged 71" and thought "Damn."  I know there are seven other words that should have come to mind, but what do you expect it was early.

Here is a link to the TimesOnline article about his death.  The one I referenced above was rather sparse on details and this one doesn’t have Associated Press involvement.

Cine-Rama Podcast Episode 8: Top Ten Documentaries

Join the boys as they discuss their favorite documentary films. The conversation devolves as Keith grows more and more incoherent as the episode progresses. He swears that there isn’t any alcohol involved, but we’re not sure if we can believe him.

My brother Billy and I discuss Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of The Crystal Skull minutes after leaving the theater.

Harvey Korman dead?

According to the NBC Nightly News, Harvey Korman is dead. However, I haven’t been find any confirmation online, but I don’t see why they would make up a fake death for him of all people.

Like most people, I remember him best from The Carol Burnett Show and Blazing Saddles, but I want to say that he also did the rounds in shows like Love Boat, Fantasy Island and such. If is indeed dead, he was 81.

Sienna Miller as The Baroness from GI Joe

Although I liked the original Marvel GI Joe series, I was never a fan of the cartoon and I wasn’t looking forward to the upcoming movie.  However, with each new detail that comes out, the more I want to actually see it in the theatre.  The latest is an image of Sienna Miller as The Baroness.

She looks very Kate Beckensale-ish to me, but that might be because I’m not really familiar with the actress.
